Where is my order?
As soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse we email you a tracking link. It is in the message titled Your order is on the way - check your spam folder if you cannot see it.
You can also open any order confirmation email and use the View your order link at the bottom, which always shows the current status.
Timings
- Dispatch - within 2 business days of ordering.
- Delivery - typically 5 to 12 business days after dispatch.
- Tracking can take up to 48 hours to show its first scan after dispatch.
