Track your order

Where is my order?

As soon as your parcel is dispatched, we email you a tracking link. It is in the message titled Your order is on the way — check your spam folder if you cannot see it.

You can also open any order confirmation email and use the View your order link at the bottom, which always shows the current status.

Timings

• Processing / dispatch — typically within 1–2 business days of ordering.
• Transit (standard) — typically 5–10 business days after dispatch.
• Total (standard) — usually 6–12 business days from order to delivery.
• Tracking can take up to 48 hours to show its first scan, so an inactive number on day one is normal.
