Where orders ship from

Orders are shipped from Lane 1177, Jianlan Road, Meixu Street, Yinzhou District, 315100 Ningbo, Zhejiang, China, through our fulfillment partner. Sabine & Loren does not operate a store or warehouse in the United States.

Shipping to the United States

We offer free tracked shipping on orders to the United States. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Delivery times

Orders are handled within 1–2 business days. Transit usually takes 5–10 business days. Total delivery is usually 6–12 business days. These are estimates and can change because of the carrier, customs, or weather. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.

Duties

If the carrier charges duties, taxes, or similar import charges, you pay them. We do not add those charges at checkout and we do not reimburse them.

Returns

You may return any product within 30 days of delivery. Send the return to the same address orders ship from: Lane 1177, Jianlan Road, Meixu Street, Yinzhou District, 315100 Ningbo, Zhejiang, China.

If you change your mind, you pay the return postage. If the item is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, we pay the return postage. We do not charge a restocking fee.

After we receive your return, we refund you within 3 business days to your original payment method. Your bank may take additional time to post the refund.

Do not send returns to our registered office in Prague. That address is not a return address.
